PREFACE
We'd like to
introduce our town and its young inhabitants to other
young Europeans.
A class from the
"I.T.C. PACIOLI" has worked for three years on
this project.
This booklet is the
work of our students and their teachers.
Everyone has been
involved, each as made an important contribution.
A lot of material as
been produced using research and interviews.
We have even put our
suggestions into practice by tasting the menus and having
trial runs of the intineraries.
We have worked hard,
but enjoyed ourselves as well.
With the intention of
marking an entertaing and redable booklet, we've had to
drastically edit our material.
No doubt our
publication won't be perfect and we apologize for this.
But we hope to have
been able to tell you something about our town, Crema,
and about the young people living here.
